Unheimliche Monster is a project that artistically deals with identity in a multinational district of Berlin.
As part of the Kunsfestivals 48H Neukölln, a context-specific room installation was realized in the project space Donau 115.
The starting material for this spatial installation, consisting of kinetic objects, and light projections, were drawings by Lina Theodorou.
The drawing forms depict gods and mythical creatures, refer to various archetypes without identifying their source, coming from the internal dialogue with the subconscious in a process of collective memory reconsideration
